Magpie Property Management Suite™ features a wide range of reports to help you manage your property.

Available reports include:

  • Departure: Displays the scheduled guest departures for a given date range.

  • Arrival: Displays the scheduled guest arrivals for a given date range.

  • Occupancy: Displays the percentage that the selected unit(s) have been occupied for a given date range.

  • Reservations By Agent: Displays the reservations made by specific agents.

  • Income: Allows you to view income by a user specified date range. It also allows you to create an Excel spreadsheet of your income report.

  • Night Audit: This report displays the cash on hand for a given date range.

  • Unit Utilization: Used to show past, current, and future reservations per unit.

  • Back Up: We recommend printing a backup report each morning. In the unlikely event that your internet connection goes down, the backup report will provide you with a list of reservations for the next ten days. You can use this to check guests in and out manually.

  • Travel: Use this section to print a report of your guests’ flight schedules for any desired range of dates. This is very helpful if your property offers an airport shuttle.
